Scroll the view diagonally or jump it to a map edge from the keyboard

Four commands scroll the view one step to the north-east, south-east, south-west or north-west, as the existing scroll commands do along the four main directions. Four more jump the view to the west, east, north or south edge of the map. None of the eight has a default key.
