Ends the ion storm if one is running.

Caveats
  • A storm still in its [warning countdown](/systems/ion-storms/#the-warning) is not running yet. The line leaves it alone, and the storm breaks on schedule.
  • The line does not hold the team: it runs once and the team takes the next line of its script on the following turn.
