Parameters
  1. Waypointwaypoint

The destination is chosen once, when the team reaches the line. The waypoint’s cell is used unless the team’s leading member cannot enter it at that moment, for example because the ground is impassable for it or something stands there. In that case the destination is one of the nearest clear cells inside the playable area.

The leading member is the most recently joined member that is alive, out of limbo, and either in formation or an aircraft. When no member qualifies, it is the most recently joined member.

Moving describes how members are sent to the destination and when the team counts as arrived. Leaving the map covers a team sent outside the playable area.

Caveats
  • A nearby cell is looked for only when the waypoint is inside the playable area. A move to a waypoint outside it keeps the waypoint's cell as the destination, whether or not the leading member can enter it. This is how a team is sent off the map.
  • The nearby cell is chosen for the leading member's SpeedType alone, not for the slowest or largest member. It is checked for being clear, but not for being reachable from where the team stands.
  • If no nearby cell is found, the team has no destination and stays on this line until a regroup rewinds its Script, which only a Reinforce=yes team can do.
  • The team moves to its next line only once it arrives. A member that cannot get within Stray of the destination keeps the whole team on this line, unless the TeamType sets Aggressive=yes and that member holds a target.
