Puts a talk bubble over one member of the team.

TalkBubbleTime covers how long a bubble stays up, what else placing one does, and how a new bubble replaces the one showing.

Caveats
  • The bubble goes over the member that joined the team most recently, whether or not it is in formation.
  • 0 takes down the bubble showing, even when it is over an object outside the team.
  • The line does not hold the team: it runs on the turn it is reached and the team takes the next line on the following turn.
