High

Marks an overlay tall enough to stop low-flying fire, or a projectile that flies over such an overlay.

Value
boolean

no

The projectile is exempt from the one obstacle test that reads it: a High=yes overlay does not force it to explode as it passes over. Nothing else in flight, damage or targeting consults the setting, so it neither changes the projectile’s flight height nor lets it clear terrain.

A projectile flying below height 100 detonates the moment it reaches a cell carrying this overlay, unless the projectile is itself High=yes. The projectile explodes on the overlay’s cell rather than on its intended target, which is what stops a flat-firing weapon from shooting through a wall it has no line over.

The test reads the overlay only. It is independent of Wall=yes, of the overlay’s damage state, and of who owns the cell — a friendly wall stops friendly fire exactly as an enemy one does.
